Chat messages show encrypted, extremely buggy, This could be the cause.

Same happened to me. Can't check email if created a user without email :-). Finally I logged out and was unable to log in later. The app said that there's no such user. Uninstalled, tried to recover from seedwords, no success. The app could not find my user from servers.
