Issue transfer from Floorp-Projects/Floorp#1221
Originally from Reddit/Floorp not loading side panel icons

It seems good if there are two option.

Get icon from favicon.ico in specific type of url
Custom icon with file selecting

There are temporary fix with userChromeCSS for Floorp 11.
Please check Reddit/Floorp not loading side panel icons/comment
