Hello

is there a particular reason for not integrating UNIX to TimeScale ? it coud simplify things a little bit

Hi Guillaume,

The main reason is that, to my knowledge, UNIX is just UTC represented differently.

What would be the benefit of adding it as a time scale? You're a timing guy, so you probably have more insights in this than me.

Hello @ChristopherRabotin,
UNIX differs in its handling of the leap second though

What would be the benefit of adding it as a time scale

I was just thinking it could benefit from all the logic that comes with the TimeScale structure
