Questions:

  • Is this meant to be before hard fork? Impacts scheduling and priority. Suspect it's intended as a soft fork after the hard fork.

@Trivo25 I think this RFC is ready for architect review but we'll need to wait until after the HF since it requires some Pickles work and that won't be prioritised right now. So this is in a holding state for now. cc @garwalsh
