Supported conversion to RHEL 8.6 and 8.8

Hi @cc-mike63, I've spotted under oracle/centos2ol#178 that you're seeking for ways to convert your CentOS 7.9 to OL 8.6 or 8.8 but finding out that Oracle does not support that. Red Hat does support conversions to both RHEL 8.6 and 8.8 at the moment https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/8/html-single/converting_from_an_rpm-based_linux_distribution_to_rhel/index. I should point out that doing so requires a subscription that includes the Extended Update Support with which you get 2 years of updates for a particular RHEL minor version - https://access.redhat.com/articles/rhel-eus/
