Link thumbnail images of domains, in context of whole standard brain, to terms #3

Use case: Quick browsing of terms with images outside of context of Allan Brain Atlas (e.g. in OLS instance)

These are likely to be representative/central slices, rather than max projection.

The region needs to stand our clearly from other regions in the thumb - I think this means only the region referred to by the term should be in colour or filled in.

@lydiang: As discussed in our meeting - Can you provide code for generating thumbs from your API?
