Solution Found "Portrait blur settings" : OBS 30rc2 macOS -- Portrait blur settings no longer available, but effect still active

When I first installed OBS 30rc2 (macOS) I had a green camera icon next to the OBS icon at the top of the screen that allowed me to set portrait blur. That setting now is not in that icon and the blur is still applied. I am unable to find that setting anywhere within the OBS settings and/or other.
