ntpd is missing

Hi, I think there should be a check that if the script is run in the official Gentoo Live CD, it should automatically install something that provides ntpd, as it's the only thing missing to be fully supported. I think the official live is a likely place for someone to run this script from, even if arch is the one suggested.
