Drag and Drop Migration

Context
Mirth Migrator allows the migration of channels and code templates by selecting them in the list of one Mirth instance and pressing the migrate button for migrating them to another Mirth instance:

Goal
Add drag and drop support for transferring the selected items from one Mirth instance to another.

Needed actions
Add drag and drop support (already prepared, partially)
Allow changing the code template library/channel group for components by dropping them to a different grouping element of the target system
