Composition and melody utilities: trasnpose, isIdentical etc #99

Write utility functions for composition and melody. Composition utilities should probably rely on melody utilities.

Transpose up and down, chromatically. Possibly, transpose within scale
IsIdentical is true if two melodies yield the same notes.
