Crosscheck CNPJ/Supplier with the information on the Reimbursement request

What is the problem?
Sometimes, the Chamber of Deputies fills reimbursement information incorrectly (as it can be seen on issue #505)

How can this be addressed?
It can be addressed by cross-checking the CNPJ provided by the reimbursement request with the information from the '2016-09-03-companies.xz' dataset.

The end goal would be to have it as a classifier for Rosie to post incorrect information on Twitter, so people can help check it and, if applicable, request an update via Chamber of Deputies website.

Who could help with this issue?
Anyone can help with it. I'm interested on working on this issue but any help is welcome.
