Description

There are a few options under Applications > Self Service such as:

• Allow users to add org-managed apps
• Allow users to email "Technical Contact" to request an app
• Allow users to add personal apps

If this isn't already supported, it would be nice to eventually be able to manage these settings through Terraform.

I'm not sure if we have public APIs available to support this yet.

I've created internal JIRA https://oktainc.atlassian.net/browse/OKTA-817124 for further analysis.

I can confirm that there is NO public APIs available yet to support this from Terraform provider yet.
