Feature Request: change analysis feature similar to GitHub Copilot, capable of analyzing code changes and providing a comprehensive summary. This feature should analyze git patches, determine the main theme of changes, categorize changes, provide a summary, assess test coverage, estimate review effort, and offer feedback and suggestions.
