Consider detecting the script is being sourced and abbort if it is #3

Sourcing scripts where one does not comply can cause problems. This is to prevent strict-mode script to be sourced inside non-strict-mode leaving the execution environment modified upon completion.

There appears to be some implementation tricks that require extensive testing.
