describe() + it() should show in outline.

As of RStudio 2024.04, describe() tests are not as well supported as test_that().

In RStudio, I'd like to have them in

in RStudio outline (both lateral and under) (would need to have "it" a second level headings https://github.com/rstudio/rstudio/pull/11108/files
