Lookup field not working when adding a new line #3

When I try and add a new line and then use the lookup field functionality, nothing returns and the lookup field just shows a spinning circle indefinitely. Please see the attached video for further explanation and demonstration. Thanks!

Hi @bkkelley can you please share the conditions you are using for the lookup?
I cannot replicate this behaviour.

Sorry for the really late response. I just have time to review the issues now.
