[Room-Booking] Better indication of successful booking

Describe the feature

Currently, after successful booking the full page is reloaded, to trigger re-fetching of actual bookings so the user can see their new booking.

Reloading the page is a bad indication of success.

Suggested solution

• Show toast with a message after successful booking.
• Invalidate bookings data to trigger re-fetching in the background.
  • Better to close [Room-Booking] Re-fetch bookings #160 first.
• Scroll the timeline to the newly created booking so that the user can see it.
  • Need to refactor BookingTimeline.vue to expose scrolling functionality.
  • Need to refactor BookingTimeline.vue to support vertical scrolling to a specified room.
