Even if you pass a subdevice handle to the zesDeviceEnumFabricPorts, it returns the ports of the full device.

It will be nice if the feature (if it's one) is documented somewhere.

NEO devtool plugin looks for <distro>_<vmaj> paths in artifactory, so drop the vmin component from the path.
