A GUI would help folks test the model.

It could include various features such as on-the-fly FFmpeg video conversion, frame stepping in videos/streams, frame augmentation (through imageproc, cv crates), and various smoothness details that aren't available in the very... minimal.. OpenCV imshow GUI.
