Helm deployment: kubeVersion string comparison #605

Hello,

I get the following error message when deploying any of the micro-onos services using Helm:

Error: INSTALLATION FAILED: chart requires kubeVersion: >=1.17.0 which is incompatible with Kubernetes v1.21.8-3+b8dc41df93b196

This error was resolved when I manually modified the Chart.yaml file and changed this string comparison text as follows:

from "kubeVersion: >=1.17.0" to "kubeVersion: >=1.17.0-0"
