Create an alert with the name Bug.Test ( special character being . )

Version:

• OS: [e.g. iOS]
• Python version:
• OpenMetadata version: [e.g. 0.8]
• OpenMetadata Ingestion package version: [e.g. openmetadata-ingestion[docker]==XYZ]
