Expose configuration on how long data remains on Data Insights and choose a good default

In order to empower the user to easily define how long the data should be keep by the Data Stream Index, we need to expose the configuration and define a good default value.

• Add Configuration to enable/disable the different modules (DataAssets, AppAnalytics, CostAnalysis,...)
• Add Configuration to define Data Retention for Data Assets
• Add Configuration to define which Data Assets to Process

Maybe a good way would be to break the configuration into the different modules.
