Steps:

Open https://open-pioneer.github.io/trails-demo/openlayers-base-packages/samples/map-sample/
Open measurement tool
Resize Browser height to 630px

Expected result

Measurement UI is readable by scrolling down the dialog

Actual result

Measurement UI is cut by dialog border
