As a user I want to zoom to the layer extent.

Acceptance criteria:

  • for each layer a extent can be defined
  • if no extent was defined, the layer extent will be determine from the service capabilities
  • after click on zoom to layer extent, the map view will be centered / zoom to the layer extent
