Current behavior:
You can not deploy OSEM via the Dockerfile any more. The base container image does not exist in the openSUSE container registry any more.

Expected correct behavior:
You can deploy OSEM via the Dockerfile in the osem Github repository.

Steps to reproduce:
Use "docker build" or "podman build" on the Dockerfile for osem. That will fail, because the base container image does not exist.

Other information:
Update the container image on Dockerhub or update the Dockerfile with a new base container image. Alternatively, update the documentation with a new installation method (based on master branch?).
