Greetings,

it seems on recent version of Perl the following error may be encountered

RuntimeError - The encoding pragma is no longer supported. Check cperl at /usr/local/rvm/gems/jruby-VERSION/gems/opener-tokenizer-base-1.0.0/core/tokenizer-cli.pl line 20.

would it be possible to include the fix in dfa3cb2 in a new Rubygems release for opener-tokenizer-base and update the dependencies of opener-tokenizer ?
