the first time i start a webservice after machine boot, it starts after about 5/10 secs. Then, if I kill and restart the webservice or if i try to start another one, the start time became very very slow. About 4 minutes to start a single webservice.
This happen with every webservice (eg pos-tagger-server or tokenizer-server)

Hi @radar155. I can't reproduce it here, also using jruby 1.7.24 but configured for ruby 2 (compat.version=2.0 at ~/.jrubyrc). I installed pos-tagger gem with gem install opener-pos-tagger and then ran pos-tagger-server sometimes and could use the webservice normally. Could you try using the ruby 2 option above?
