Question:
Ne faudrait-il pas vérifier la présence de données (pour l'année et l'installation concernées) plutôt que de vérifier l'existence d'une date contenant l'année désirée ? Cela se passe au début de _prepare_yearly_report
Est-ce que cela serait beaucoup plus lent ?
