Convert our existing NFT pallet to a Souldbound NFT with non-transferrable attribute

Issue Guidelines

1. Checkout 9-soulbound
2. Build marketplace auction functionalities for the Pallet. We can call it pallets/souldbound
3. Build a simple frontend for the new pallet feature
