Update the main frameworks page

The frameworks page needs to be updated with newly integrated frameworks, and possibly new paper releases. However, it also is "hard" to edit the page as it is just html, I propose to write a script which generates the framework cards and embeds it into the html.

• build a simple script that generates the html from some configuration file
• update existing descriptions if necessary, add descriptions for new frameworks
• update the github workflow that builds the documentation to generate the page from the script
