• Participants: Christian Stock, Will Landau
• Christian to help with Define a few example data sets #11. It will help to have either a real dataset or a more carefully constructed simulation (as opposed to just simulations from the prior predictive distribution).
• Will to work on Postprocessing functionality #8 and ASA BIOP workstream page #16.
• Christian suggested the possibility of subgroup analysis, including a test for heterogeneity/interaction.
• Christian suggested a methods paper, not only for informative priors on the marginals, but also on Bayesian MMRMs in general. Could help justify our approach and talk with regulatory.
• Re covariate centering: centering on the sample mean may impact external validity, but alternatives are difficult in the informative prior case.
