nb. trying another arg just by using ttyUSB0 instead of /dev/ttyUSB0, result still asame

You probably have some other software on your system that is connecting to the device first, for example ModemManager does this sometimes. The Sahara protocol sends the hello handshake to whatever software opens the device first. If some other software were to recognize it and try to open it, then eventually it closes it - the handshake portion is screwed up.
