Umm, there's one on Heroku that someone set up, and then there's a GitHub repo from @roblingle called AroundTown so I'm not entirely sure if everyone is on the same page.

I'd suggest we use Heroku and not set up a server until we have an app.
AroundTown will only be the mobile app.

Seconded. But to be clear, if using React native, we can make it a web app pretty easily just by using *vanilla* React.
