Posting this here at the suggestion of @RichardLitt

Myself and a friend run a meetup here in Toronto called Polyhack. We’re a multi-language (polyglot) technical meetup that’s focused on short lightning talks (~5 minutes) in a low-key environment. In the past we've had talks on hardware development, VR, web scraping, full-stack javascript development and a whole bunch of other topics. The format attempts to make it really easy to do talks and we really encourage everybody that comes out to think about giving tech talks.

We're looking for speakers! It's pretty much a perpetual effort. Post up here or go to our little form at http://speak.polyhack.ca/ to let us know.
