---I am trying to setup a local environment to test/work on USA bills but running into multiple issues while trying to follow the docs. I can't seem to get any of the docker-compose files to run other than the openstates.org one but that has no data in it. I tried running the init-db.sh from inside openstates-scrapers but that seems to error out on me too. Not sure if it matters but I'm on an M1 machine. Any tips would be a huge help! I am also interested in using the scrapers outside the docker realm and just push to a local postgres DB but not sure if that is possible.---
Edit: Scratch that, I was in fact able to get it operational. looks like the sleep in the init-db was not long enough for my machine and thats where my issue was.
