Simulating a QR Engagement in an Emulator

When working around Engagement and Presentment, it's now possible to simulate a QR Engagement from an Android Emulator (as well as real device), increasing productivity when it matters.

Merge branch https://github.com/openwallet-foundation-labs/identity-credential/tree/engagement-simulator in your current work, ensure Developer Mode is enabled from the Settings Drawer menu and simulate engagements quick and easy!

Before creating a PR or pushing your changes to main, ensure to delete the commit "Engagement Simulator". Make sure to not push the Engagement Simulator code into main!
