We need to add an allauth adapter similar to the EmailAdapter in openwisp-users.

This adapter would also send an SMS along with email for communication. SMS would not be sent for all communications. We would define a list of template_prefix for which SMS should be sent.

We will have separate templates for SMS which would be short.
