Add a lifecycle hook/scriptlet to manage /etc/zrok. Packages shouldn't install files intended for editing by users because it creates a state conflict between the user and vendor. The scriptlet should create /etc/zrok if missing, and copy /opt/openziti/etc/zrok-share.env to /etc/zrok/zrok-share.env unless exists. Update docs to instruct users to edit /etc/zrok/zrok-share.env for system-wide service units.
