DPU vendors: add sztp option into `dhclient` conf #305

in /etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf

need to add:

option sztp-redirect-urls code 143  = text;

and request it

request subnet-mask, broadcast-address, ... , sztp-redirect-urls;
