Colors for design system

Hey all, kicking off a discussion here to keep track of the latest on the design system discussion. The current situation is that we don't have a standardized color palette to use across all Orcasound projects. The closest thing to a design system is the MUI theme configuration being used in orcasite. The goal is to standardize on a color palette that all projects can use.
