How to add the settings menu and location legend in R shiny htmlwdiget and change colors, add filtering for date and time?

I created a flow map using the library flowmapblue but the part with legend in the rightbottom corner and the menu for setting in left bottom is missing in my html shiny app?
I would also like to hear whether it's possible to add colors for groups, add filtering for date and time?
