General Working Principles and Documentation

1. Loose ideation can be done in this discussion board.
2. Staging for concrete feature implementations / implementation sprints is planned and documented in Projects that include / bring together issues (can be bugs or new features / enhancements) from across various related repositories.
3. Source code must be documented and tested before filing pull requests to dev/staging release or main branches.
4. At least coarse usability / user experience testing should also be done (e.g. following Nielsen's principles or similar guidelines) before filing pull requests to dev/staging branches and must be done before filing pull requests to main branches.
5. Key development steps should be documented e.g. by pointing to related commits on issues.
