Edit the user's name while they are in the queue.

Is there an endpoint where I can change the visitor's name and display that name temporarily and automatically? For example, as shown in the image below, I have this conversation to retrieve, but it already comes with the customer's name. Is it possible for it to come as something like 'Guest-01,' and when I retrieve this conversation, it changes to the real name?
