Analytics service crashing on reports request page in course dashboard

Hello team,

On clicking the course dashboard and choosing the batch, request to

https://sunbird.ex001.in/report/request/list/do_114020049335361536112_0140200578257715200 fails with below response,

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination

Error in analytics service:

@vj4a - Can you please confirm if Analytics Service is build with CLOUD_STORE_VERSION = 1.4.6 If not please re-build with this version and let us know if you still face issues.

@sowmya-dixit, it is set by default to 1.4.6. Please find the parameters used

@vj4a - Can you please re-check if Analytics Core(DataPipeline/AnalyticsCore) is also build (Build tag: release-5.1.3_RC3) with same version of cloud-store-sdk. Also please try to rebuild AnalyticsCore first, then Analytics Service using same version of cloud-store-sdk and let us know if it resolves the issue.

@sowmya-dixit , analytics core had a different tag(release-5.1.2_RC1)and cloud store version (1.4.0). Redeployed it with release-5.1.3_RC3 and 1.4.6 and then analytics but still the same error shows up on requesting report.

@sowmya-dixit , I tried again in incognito now and the requests are getting submitted.

How to validate if the report generation has started. It shows a minimum of 24 hours is needed to generate the requested report.

@vj4a - Yes these reports are scheduled to run once everyday so the minimum of 24hrs. If you are not able to get the reports even after 24hrs, please get it checked with Sunbird-Lern team for more details.
