New Issue Stages

1. Submission of New Issue Suggestions: New issue suggestions begin as "ideas" within Discussions. If you have suggestion about a new issue you'd like to address, submit it as an idea in Discussions.
2. Discussion and Feedback: Once submitted, ideas undergo discussion and feedback from the community. This stage allows for refinement and validation of the suggested issue.
3. Documenting Issues: If an idea is deemed valid, it is documented as an issue within the relevant repository. Clear descriptions and details are provided to ensure a comprehensive understanding.
4. Open for Contributions: After an issue is documented, it is open for contributions.

• Contributions here mean real-life actions taken by individuals or groups that help towards the process of resolving an issue.

5. Recognition of Significant Contributions: Significant contributions, representing impactful changes, are going to be featured on the TechOpenSolve website to showcase the efforts of the contributors.
