zJoule: ABAP Copilot v1.1.1

📦 The version v1.1.1 of the ABAP Copilot (zJoule) is already available!

These last few changes contain fixes for Windows users and key features that might improve the developer experience in the IDE.

🔧 Some of the fixes include:

• Windows not redirecting to the "Instructions" page at the first initialization.
• The logout icon is not loading on Windows due to missing components.

➕ Some of the new features:

• Inference run on an async thread to avoid stopping the IDE usage while waiting for the AI response.
• Loading indicator shows whenever the plugin is waiting for a communication process to finish.

The plugin is also available now to be downloaded through the Eclipse marketplace! 🎉
