Anchor tags in Job Summary #129877

For posterity's sake, I did figure this out. Any anchor in a job summary has user-content- prepended to the ID. So if you have a header section "Summary", the anchor will be #user-content-summary.

If you use something like github-slugger, just prepend user-content- to the slug.
