GitHub Actions stopped working

Hello,

We are aware of the recent GitHub outage with codespaces and actions.
We started getting this error in our github actions output during the outage.
"#12 32.53 info There appears to be trouble with your network connection. Retrying..."

However, since GitHub made the announcement, our github actions continue to fail with the same error above.
We also tried to trigger the actions with a dummy push but the error persists.

Is anyone else experiencing something similar?
