How to signed unattended big commits using GitHub App

We want to automatically commit 100s of files using single commit but we want commit to be signed and commited by GitHub App tokens . I checked all documentations and discussions i didnt find great way to do it, as GitHub app support single file signed commit and GPG key is again comes with exposing individual key.
