Gist is not showing possible results anymore

Before the latest changes, Gist used to show instant search results for terms in a dropdown with the name of the gists under the search input. Now, it does not present these possible results for the terms and forces us to do several searches, even to adjust the terms.

Also, there was a quick and simple option to search for the user's own gists.

I don't know if it's by design, but it really degraded the experience.

the quick option to search for your own gists may have been part of an intentional design shift or a technical issue.

To give feedback, you could consider:

Checking Gist's changelog or any forums for updates or explanations about the feature change.
Reaching out to GitHub support to inquire if the change was intentional and suggest a feature request to bring back the old search functionality.
Using workarounds such as browser extensions or bookmarks that can automate searches until the issue is resolved.
